As you mentioned about Graphite Edge, there was a dialog between AC, SR and BL about GE that makes me to believe that he is related to Kirito of SAO.
They all call him an アホ(Aho) with his "Bright ideas" which he actually carries out.

They all call him an アホ(Aho) with his "Bright ideas" which he actually carries out. Spoiler for Episode about GE: BL talks about a beast that is essentially a big ball of flame. In considering how to conquer the beast GE comes up with a "Bright idea" to lure the beast and drop it into a pond. Which AC and GE actually carries out the plan but the pond was too small and the beast after falling in evaporates the pond instantly. Seeing this GE burps out that the pond was too small so they need a bigger pond. AC reluctantly helps Ge again luring the beast across Tokyo all the way to Tokyo bay in which they succeed but AC promises to herself not to go hunting with GE again.
