Still, if that is the case, obviously one is right and one is wrong, and I'd say most signs point to Erza being wrong. For starters, most names in FT seem to be based around western names and words. 'Erza' doesn't really mean anything whereas the germanic name 'Elsa' carries connotations to the classic norse myth of the valkyrie, which the character Erza/Elsa strongly resembles.
Also, 'Erza' appeared before 'Elsa' in the manga, meaning that if it was a mistake by an assistant, it would be harder to spot for an editor not knowing the romaji spelling. If 'Elsa' was a mistake it should have at least been caught by the editor, as another spelling of the same name already had appeared.
All in all, my money is on Elsa.

Why are the villains in FT always so ugly looking.
I mean, considering the great character designs of the FT members you'd expect better. I guess it's because they're small temporary villains, which brings me to my main gripe, of when we'll be introduced to any major villains or storylines... I mean, we've seen that council member who seems like the major villain so far, but that's all we 'know' about him...
Anyway, Toby must have been the weakest character I've ever seen.
I assume these guys have more to show off, but since they were quite uninteresting I wouldn't mind if that was it.
