After you sum all that, I couldn't help but completely dislike that series.

Compared to Campione, you could tell the author had a lot more personality and respect for other cultures and countries.

That is... well, more or less completely wrong.

Spoiler for IS response:

- The White Knight thing was because that inventor girl (who is completely an utterly amoral) hacked those countries computers and fired those missles to prove the White Knight could stop them.

- It wasn't Japaneses tech, it was Shinono tech, and she distributed it to everyone even though the Japs wanted it all. Because she though it was interesting.

- She gave the upgrade to her little sister, because she was her little sister. The Japanese governement tried to recruit her and she refused.

Basically, everything you just said was because of that professor, not Japan.

Back on topic, has the Seirei world actually mentioned any actual discrimination?
