Today, Yen Press announced that it had printed extra dust jackets of novel 1. They will be given with the novel (while supplies last) for free IF you order the novel from any online retailer participating in this special giveaway offer. The dust jackets will be shipped unfolded. Yen Press's announcement didn't list which online retailers will be participating; however
