That sounds like total BS to me. Heavy tanks are rated 40% over Medium tanks, so you should have been compensated somewhere in terms of tier points. Generally if one team has 1 more heavy tank then the other team should have 2 more medium tanks or 1 more tank destroyer of the same tier.
If you're talking about messed up balance, how's this for balance?
