Let's see: Ulquiorra KILLED Ichigo, and Orihime had to res him so that he could fight Grimmjaw.

However, I could envision Ulquiorra taking a blow for Orihime (She got distracted and her shield let up.). Although Ulquiorra is just protecting her for Aizen, who knows?
