It is passible as Kyonko. Might need the North High symbol on her uniform. THe looks, as you said, seems off for Kyonko. Maybe this is one of those rare moments. Cause even Kyon has rare moments were he wasn't annoyed, or upset, or bored, or cynical, or perplexed, or smiling weakly. of course I'm trying to think of one where he's being in his school uniform...maybe during Disappearance? Or silently apologizing to Mikuru for not defending her from Haruhi?
So Kyonko is silently watching Mitsuuru walk off after being "ruined for marriage" and asking is Kyonko would take him if he can't get married (though I suppose that makes no sense...that is the scene I thinkin of from Episode 2) I don't recall how that scene was redone for the Project right now.
