Fate Staynight impressed me not as much as the h-games, maybe because the fate-route is the most boring rout of the three. Heaven's Feel would have been more interesting.

The "shirou" in HA isnt really shirou at all.
The anime people liked the fate route ending the best. What can i say......and it really does seem to fit the best.
I would like to see UBW/HF animated as OVAs though.
