Quite the exaggeration of the Gundam's abilities there, considering that in episode 7, it's clearly stated that over the 5
HOURS that CB and the AEU/PMC fought in Moralia, CB only managed to destroy/damage
68 mobile suits, on average that's 17 MS per Gundam, clearly not the 300-MS-in-5-minutes figure you're claiming.
Celestial Being's Gundams may be unbelievably powerful, but they're not THAT overpowered.
