"The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi-chan" by Puyo is the official yonkoma manga and started serialization in the magazines "Shōnen Ace" and "The Sneakers" in summer 2007. The first tankōbon was released on May 26, 2008, the second on December 26, 2008.

"Nyoro~n Churuya-san" by Eretto (Utsura Uraraka) was originally a dōjinshi, published on the homepage http://u-u.2-d.jp/ and in three volumes (August 2006, February and October 2007). It started serialization in the magazine Comp Ace in November 2008.
