Personality-wise, they seem similar. They're both calm, serious and no-nonsense (but they don't quite come off as arrogant like Bya and Zomari) and they seem closer to their subordinates than most.
But physically, yeah, they're different as night and day. One's a tall buxom blonde and the other's a white-haired midget.
