Type-Moon are currently working on a remake of Tsukihime (hopefully with Satsuki's route). Other games that are on the development are "Girl Works", which is a first game that Nasu and Takeuchi don't involve with.
Another one is Mahou Tsukai no Yoru (The night with a Sorceress), which are among the first stories Nasu ever written. The story is about Aozaki sisters (you know who) during their teenager, with addition of an unfortunate protagonist who pass by to see Aoko using magic. The consequence of this incident is yet to be seen in the game (or read the novel, which no more than 5 of them exist in this world).
