Well, it seems like Riza might be in trouble. At the end of the chapter, Riza is wearing a cloak, a pair of headphones and holding a sniper rifle. Gluttony appears behind her and she shoots him right in the forehead. He regenerates. Meanwhile, Roys is shouting through the headphones but there is no reply. He remembers the scene with Hughes in the phone booth. The last page shows Roy driving and hoping that he's not too late.
I just hope she doesn't end up like Hughes..
