@ Rain - Only to Irish and criminals. In other segments he's portrayed as a father to his men and a reasonable authority figure. He just hates terrorists and is not above using his position to make their lives miserable. The reason Irish attacked him a second time in the epilogue is because he said that he was tempted to just kill Joshua and make it look like an accident.
