Not really. From what I remember, each of them were different. Red Frame have a katana with it, while Blue Frame come equipped with a gattling gun + zweihander combo. Gold Frame came with a gold-like plating, but the suit was then changed into its Mirage Form for good. THere's also the Green Frame that possess the Twin Sword Rifle weapon.
So, 4 Frames, not 5 Rising. The Green is the newest one, while Red Blue and Gold was around for a while.
