The issue here is more about how things are said, not so much what was said. Jackson's death is definitely something that rises fairly strong emotions. At this kind of times fairly obvious flaming is not really the way to go. Not being allowed to voice ones opinions and requiring at least some level of politeness and consideration are very different things.
