Seriously doubt it, especially if you want Nanoha to be able to do any thing else with her magic and if you want Kuon to be able to do anything at all other then look cute in her
"puppy" form. Best idea would probably be to just hook them up as partners
(like Yuuno ), But it your Fic do what you want
Also an Idea popped in my head, I don't think close range "Detection" type magic would tax Nanoha too much and would certainly give her an edge in combat
