I agree. Power does not mean you have to plunk down the super pill of the week. There are guys in One Piece who are weak, but made themselves strong through a devils fruit, and got their ***'s handed to them in a fight with Luffy. Then you take guys who have no devils fruit power and yet Luffy or one of his crew had a bit of a problem dealing with them. Look at Vivi. It took them a bit before they overpowered her. They still beat her, but it took a bit, and she's got no devils fruit powers. Look at the old hag that taught chopper. Good gauds she was powerful!! All natural strength too. Although I'm kinda questioning that given her age.
