Besides how story started? Putting all boys in class with girls is one good example - and author didn't even try to why they were not put in Mahora Jr.High BOYS school that is also present on campus, like Mahora Elementary where Kotaro ended in and whole other bunch of schools. I could provide other examples but I need to re-read fic for that and I simply don't want to do it...
