This leads me to believe that your grasp of the content of F/SN (and this discussion in general) is very weak....
The wish-granting portion of the grail is just bait to lure masters in to summoning servants and fighting. The Holy Grail War's one and only purpose is to open the pathway to the route. That is why it was started in the first place, and though it seems Einsbern and Matou may have lost that goal, that is still the reason 'why' the grail wars happen.
And OF COURSE Heaven's Feel is all about Shirou and Sakura. Sakura got completely ignored for the first two full arcs of the game, so I think its only fair that she atleast gets to be the main character
of her own story.
