Erm, where exactly are you getting this from? Because nothing
anywhere in the game says that you have to make a wish to destroy the Grail. And nor, for that matter, does making a wish destroy the Grail
either. You can make a wish and still have another Grail War 60 years later.

Not true. It's corrupted by Angra Mainyu, so it interprets
any wish in a destructive manner.
