It's true that Saber said she just had a nice 'dream'. But, when she said that she intend to 'sleep longer', that means that she already accepted her fate and decided to die in peace, not going back to Shiro's world. Even though I
do want Saber to end up with Shiro in the anime, that's just how sad it is.
