So sorry Saint, but that is how America works. Ideology doesn't matter much here due to the consumerism and the industrialism taking over nearly everything.

The more 'justly' law enforcers allow people legal defense, the more professional actually read Miranda Laws and the such. I live in Ritchie County West Virginia, where if you have enough money; you can buy the police. People have been given court dates and haven't shown up and have gotten away with their harassments.

I speak on a pessimistic view though, I can't assume every County or State is like that. I just don't expect much.
