In other words, there's 1 1st year student who has a Personal IS, aside from the canon characters.

Altogether that would bring the count to 8.

Class 1-1: 5
- Ichika
- Houki
- Cecilia
- Charlotte
- Laura

Class 1-2: 2
- Rin
- Unnamed Student

Class 1-3: N/A

Class 1-4: 1
- Kanzashi Sarashiki

Class 1-5: N/A

With that leaves classes 3 and 5 of the 1st years with no Personal IS pilots. Damn, sucks to be in their class.
