I've been trying to learn how to make GIFs using Photoshop then I encountered this problem. I couldn't figure out myself how the person who created it did this.

I took frames of this whole scene using KM Player and ended up having 89 frames. The GIF I linked above has only 16 frames. The obvious answer would be he deleted frames but what I don't know is how he was able to pick frames so that it would look like it's
"continuous" and not just
"repeating over and over". I mean, is there some sort of way to able to do that? Or it's just a simple matter of trial and error?
