I don't know if this is the right topic for this thread, but oh well..

I now know how to make animated avatars from GIFS on GIMP, but I don't know how to put a border on them. I tried putting a border on my first animated avatar, but it only kept flashing on the last frame. I want the border to stay on the whole avatar.
If you have GIMP and know how to make animated avatars with borders, please help me.
