Holy crap. I checked it and you're right. The first 30 or so seconds of that vid has the same sounds. I've heard this in Glass Rose (the cutscene link) and in the Hong Kong movie Breaking News.

One more thing before I go. This is from the Documix Fan OST for Metal Gear Solid 2. Need to ask someone if all the tracks mixed in here are from other Metal Gear OSTs. I know one or two of them came from Metal Gear Solid 2.
