I have an odd feeling that Asemu hasn't been awake for a very long time. He looks almost exactly like he did 13 years ago minus a little gruff. The injury that he's suffered may be play a part in this.
But holy crap, that fight was not even toying with Kio, that was just plain Krillin vs. Super Buu. I hope such a stark contrast doesn't come back as a worf effect later. I mean, Asemu almost literally did nothing half of the time aside from flying in circles and putting up his beam saber to say no. (I guess they weren't kidding when they made him a SUPER PIRATO!)
