That's a bad, bad idea. It just won't work at all. I would hate it as much as I hate the real thing. It doesn't change what I hate from real Ouran even if the hosts are busty hostesses. It may getting off-topic but I just can't help myself to make a simple genderbent version of Ouran but I also adds my own black comedy to show you how bad the real Ouran is. Ouran fans and those who dislike my previous criticism are free not to push that spoiler button down there.
Spoiler for Ouran High School "Hostess" Club:
Meet Tamaki, a 16-years old blonde and well endowed girl who also the president of Ouran High School Hostess Club. She also a very flirty though she only doing it for profits alone. Well, that's the reason she founded the Hostess Club in first place, to "steal" some money from spoiled rich boys in her school despite being a millionaire herself. She also have tendency to show her cleavage despite against school's dress code but she already make all teachers and prefects to shut their mouths. However the the Hostess Club is nothing more than a front of a prostitution scam. It just merely a "meeting place" while real businesses take place outside school grounds. But one day it's all about to change...
One day Haruki, a nerdy, unpopular long-haired boy get transferred to that school for some unknown reasons. He also wear female uniform also for some unknown reasons. Of course he isn't welcomed there and got bullied in the very first day at school. For some unknown reasons he was bullied by an unnamed red-haired boy who also no.1 Tamaki fan, just like hundreds of other boys there for some unknown reasons although he may think Haruki shouldn't be there in first place. It began as finding his own bag in the pond and it escalates as Haruki wants to get rid of that boy by hiding himself in an empty room which was used as a music storage room. While sneaking away from that place he finds himself in Tamaki's Hostess Club. While he's about to leave he accidentally broke Tamaki's ugly and expensive vase. Tamaki and rest the hostesses are unhappy and forced him to work for them and that ugly vase while Tamaki and rest of her hostesses are only watching over him while sipping an expensive but tasteless tea, except for Honey-chan who always put loads of sugar in her tea just like always. His life just getting worse.
Not long after that the red-haired boy discovered Haruki is working in Hostess Club and not very happy with that. Little fistfight happen although what Haruki doing is attempt to flee. The hostesses and other boys are quite entertain to see such fight. As Haruki dodging all the attacks he and the redhead somehow broke yet another ugly and expensive vase but this time it's not belong to the Hostess Club and filled with water. Both Haruki and redhead are now wet. No longer amused by the fight Tamaki decided to approach both. The redhead questioned Tamaki "how can this asshole can join your Hostess Club?" Tamaki replies "She's my slave and technically my property. You know what happened to those who ruined or try to ruin my property right?" Tamaki kicked that boy right at the testicles and all other boys laughed at him. After that he run away in tears, He was ridiculed and his life will never be same again. But Tamaki still had unfinished business and time she confronts Haruki and say "It looks like you ruined your own uniform but too bad we don't have spare uniforms. Just this semi-transparent white t-shirt and bermuda short. No spare bra for you either." Haruki had no choice but to wear them. When he putting them on and for some reasons he took long time inside the dressing room. Tamaki thinks he could ran away but that also impossible as the club loacted in third story high and throwing yourself out from windows may only results of broken legs if not death. As she about to investigates she saw Haruki clad nothing but boxers. Haruki is HE after all.
It looks like Tamaki's well kept secrets may revealed to the public if someone like Haruki in the Hostess Club. She need to change her strategy by making a prostitution scam into a real "hostess club". Tamaki and rest of the hostess introduce themselves to Haruki. Tamaki, the president is well-endowed, have naturally-proportion pair of breasts that she always proud of and of course, can melt a man's heart with her looks and words. Deep inside she's a ruthless ice queen and power-hungry. She's not afraid of eliminating those who challenge her authority in the club especially her own hostesses. She's also an ultimate flirting machine or least how she saw herself as. Ootori the club's treasurer and Tamaki's second-in-command who just equally as beautiful and busty except she had black hair also wear glasses. She was nicknamed as "glassy girl" by Tamaki and thinks she's better leader than Tamaki although none of other hostesses agree. Morinozuka is a tall girl who almost never talks. Maybe she don't have too. Why Tamaki recruited her as one of her hostesses is unknown although Tamaki just love having some sort of living decoration. Like rest of the hostesses she had pair of big breasts which the boys spent lots of time staring at them. Naturally she didn't complain because of her own personality or maybe she loved her breasts being stared at. Haninozuka or "Honey-chan" is a small and cheerful girl but dumb. Like Morinozuka nobody knows why Tamaki recruited her despite she can barely spell "honey" right. She also known to clings on Morinozuka for some unknown reasons and fans inside and outside the screen may suspect they had a secret "love life" between them. She also nicknamed as Honey because she loves sweet food and drink despite being recently diagnosed with diabetes but unforunately she isn't smart enough to figure what "diabetes" is. Finally the Hitachiin twins, Kaoru and Hikaru. Nobody can tell which one which and nobody seems to care either. They looks much alike with each other and often spend time together. They may seems as good pair of sisters but they just lack of individuality. Some boys called them as "amoebic twins" but they hated that nickname that they and Tamaki forbids that words in the club.
One day for some reasons Tamaki decided to give a theme to the club, a topless one that's it so they can show their assets at full glory. Haruki protested but other hostesses agree and can't wait for it. He went to the principal's office for the report but unfortunately Tamaki already bribed him to keep his mouth shut. Not going to surrender and he somehow able to got the supports from female students and Tamaki's plan will never be true. Haruki were relieved but Tamaki, the hostesses and many of the boys are disappointed. Tamaki decided to make a prom dance instead which Haruki agrees even Tamaki forced him to wear prom dress instead of tuxedo. For some reason Haruki danced with a handsome boy and kissed him at the end of the dance without knowing Haruki's true gender. Lots of yaoi fangirls outside the screens cheered but for Haruki, it is his worst nightmare.
Meanwhile in France a Japanese boy Reiji who live there for so long and bored with it. He decided to fly back to Japan and for some reasons ends up in Ouran. Just like most other boys he also went to the Hostess Club to see what's the hype about it. Like always Tamaki try to flirt with her but only get a slap in the face for an answer. "F*ck you and I'm not interested!" says Reiji. Reiji in other hand seems to be more interested in Haruki who wear dress in that time and both of them went for walk and chat. For the first time in the club Tamaki and other hostesses felt they are losing they fight and also losing the charms which they always had. "How can Haruki succeed where all of us failed?" as Tamaki said to herself. "Maybe Reiji is a gay as he already knew Haruki's real gender is but that didn't stop him from dating with Haruki" as Ootori try to convince Tamaki. After that millions of badly-written yaoi fanfics of Haruki-Reiji exploded in the internet and for the first time in Tamaki's life, he thinks for the clubs future.
I know I went too far especially with "topless" part but that just an equivalent to the Bali theme in the real Ouran. I only saw at least 6 episodes of it and I can only parody the part which I recognized. It could be longer but I'm aware I'm making fool of myself of doing this.
As my own experience with Ouran I already dropped it twice. I saw first four episodes in 2006(prime-time) and two other in 2010. I just couldn't bring myself to see the 20 episodes more.
