That's an incomplete list (not to mention it's just voice actors; Fushimi is an author), and it's outdated by now as a few people on that list already reported being alive and well.
If you wish to know which people in the anime/manga industry have confirmed online to be alright after the earthquake and tsunami, go to ANN; they have a news article there that's updated as the reports come in.
Edit: Well, they try, too, anyway. Some news reach less prominent sources faster than others, so you may want to go elsewhere if you're looking for someone specific that's not on that list.
