I could have sworn that kj1980 mentioned once that he actually lives in Japan...
... and he *did* mention that this was the latest novel so if volume 18 just came out in Japan then it will take several months for it to ship to the US.
And Kinokuniya in general always takes forever to receive stuff. *Especially* the one in Downtown LA.
