It is trivial in a sense that the poll answers actually do not contribute anything to the discussion. It may reflect what people think about that character, but considering the subject at hand, it is much more effective and accurate to read people's opinions, which is already covered by the character discussion thread and the episodes thread.
As far as it goes, making an entirely new thread with a poll for this question doesn't serve any new purpose than already existing threads.
Furthermore, adding a poll for Kyuubey's discussion thread will inevitably focus the discussion solely about that question, which isn't the purpose of that kind of thread (even if this topic is definitely the most common regarding this character).
