I honestly can't tell who that is: It certainly look Priscilla to a degree; she's got the right color eyes, hair and expression, but her hair isn't as curly/spiky as it should be and the clothe are the biggest thing:
Why would the artist give Priscilla modern clothing but keep Raki in his armor? I think the odds are that the girl is the artist or someone he/she had in mind other then Priscilla.
Still, if that is her, she's as hot as ever and the picture is incredible

Doing a quick internet search, I found the picture on Deviant art - the girl is a fan-character from one of the artists, it's not Priscilla.
Pity, had me fooled.
