These paramilitary guys are the "sourcers", they do the same work as their fellow colleagues in the office or at embassies, but they have a better discretion at using "unknown force" as they handle the more "violent" work.
It is going to be a bloody decade ahead; there might even be an armed conflict in Europe and North Africa; Syria and Libya are just the beginning.
