In the beginning of the episode, she said that she is going to meet someone, with small blushes on her cheeks... but i don't think its Kirito, because when nearing end of episode, she saw Kirito behind her, and Kirito saying "Hi.. its been awhile", suggesting that the person Asuna met in the beginning of the episode couldnt be Kirito....

I'm not even sure what wearing accessories even mean in MMO... i only know it gives bonus stats or something xD
