I know that female characters are more popular and marketable (For whatever reason... I like male and female characters the same), but it's kind of bullshitty that Keiichi is completely absent from every Kira-related image (As well as the website banner) thus far. Remember that guy, anime producers? He only narrated half of the Visual Novels.
The people-that-aren't-cute-girls bias aside, I really am excited for this. So happy some more Higurashi's coming out.
