I haven't really been keeping up with anime much recently, but AFAIK the plan was...
Spring - Accel World Pt 1
Summer - Sword Art Online Pt 1
Fall - Accel World Pt 2
Winter - Sword Art Online Pt 2
It depends on how both shows sell for whether or not we'll get a sequel after the 2nd halfs.. Horizon for instance which is following the same format (longer in between releases I guess) is a sure bet to have a "3rd" season since it's selling over 20k per volume which makes it a rather big hit. If there was any plans to give Horizon Pt 2 a "conclusive" anime original ending.. I'll say that has been ditched by now.
