One of my favorite bits has to be from when Krocas first appeared from inside Laboon belly. He had just speared that giant squids as the crew watches him.
Slowly Krocas walks to the side. Giving the most intense and terrifying stare. The whole crew following him with their eyes. (Goooo, Goo, Goo, Go!!) He sits down with his paper casually.
Sanji: DON'T JUST SIT THERE!! SAY SOMETHING!!
Usopp jumps in from inside the cabin in the back of the ship.
Usopp: If you want to fight we aren't scared of you! We have a cannon!!
Kracos suddenly stares at them again. (Goooo, Goo, Goo, Go!!)
Kracos: You'd better not to that or someone might die....
Nami and Usopp are terrified by what he implies. Sanji boasts back with confidence.
Sanji: Oh, and who might that be.
Another intense stare (Goooo, Goo, Goo, Go!!)
Kracos: Me.(casually)
Sanji: YOU'RE PISSING ME OFF!!
Zoro calms him down and takes the lead.
Zoro: Who are you and just what is this place?
Another intense stare (Goooo, Goo, Goo, Go!!)
Kracos: Before asking questions, shouldn't you introduce yourself first?
Zoro: Ah, You're right. Sorry. I'm- (interrupted)
Kracos: My name is Kracos. I'm 71 years old, sign Pisces, Blood Type AB, I'm the caretaker of the Futako Mizaki City's light house.
Zoro: CAN I KILL HIM NOW!!

I crack up every time I see this scene in the anime. It's the the intensity of the stare, the sound effect with each screen shot change, and then his dead pan delivery.
