It depends on the character. In the case of Asuna, pretty different I'd say. Webnovel Asuna killed Kuradeel without hesitation. LN Asuna couldn't do it at all.
To put it simple, webnovel Asuna would do anything for Kirito, even morally-questionable things. On the other hand, while LN Asuna would risk her own life for Kirito, I'm not sure she would do morally-questionable things for him. At the very least I'm pretty sure she would
never say something like "if it’s for Kirito, there’s no crime I would not commit". She's more innocent in the LN, more... pure, if you will.
