Yes, it is the same outfit she wore during the time she met Yuji, in Anime Season 1 Episode 1. I am always of the opinion that she should wear this outfit during battle, because I feel her uniform skirt may slightly impede her movement during battle. Of course, some may disagree with me, probably because they want to see Shana accidentally flashes her pantsu.
