So what? You're putting Episode 13 events in an Episode 13 thread. Everyone who will open this thread will know that it contains information about Episode 13 ; No sane person who doesn't want to get spoiled would open this thread, so putting things in spoiler tags makes no sense. Additionally, the subbed version of this RAW you watch airs in 1 hour after it's air date on Japan on Crunchyroll ....
Also the last sentence doesn't make any sense. When did he decide that? Even if he decided that, he's already using time leap. Besides, his best friend died, would he really care about preserving the past so much that he would not change it once more with a d-mail to save Mayuri? I doubt.
