Wasn't that Vincent? And he hasn't done that for a while now.
Anyway, to summarize so far.
-Birdy is mad because Touma-oniichan wouldn't let her have her way.
-Ollerus WAS doing something after all, and apparently it was more important than stopping the making of Gungnir.
-Johnny is a true kamen rider now.
-Figuring out the plot is apparently the easy path.
-Being Accelerator is suffering.
-The Misaka network is 100% confirmed to want Touma bad.
All in all, things seem to be going not so bad for Touma in the end, but lets see what the other half has to say.
