As for the last episode I have to say it was good (9/10). I enjoyed the show and it had some nice moments. The BGM music was good and the animation was good too. It would have been better with 24/26 episodes (they even said it would be better if more episodes where done) but for a small studio like PA it was probably impossible to do it (note that all their shows do not have more then 13 Episodes). I hope that some of the missing plot parts, especially backstorys from Kanade and the others (TK, noda etc)will be covered in the VN or in Episode 14.
Nice to see that at the end Otonashi and Kanade meet up again.
Also I must have missed the part where Hinata tells Otonashi his last name, when did that happen
