The Gary Stu label has always left me a little confused on the lower end of things.
That for example, a little boy who's body has almost wasted away from multiple sclerosis, living only on extraordinary life support (handwaved to be less delibitating by advances in medicine), funded by the state because his dad's a jailed punk and his single mother committed suicide to escape the debt.
A body that is pretty much a brain living on a machine.
A life that cannot get any more miserable.
A trauma so great it overwhelms even Accel World.
Is he a Stu?
