Nagasarete Airantou has the most practical use for a nosebleed that I've seen so far, however.

Ikuto is fighting the former lord of the north, and mid-way Suzu and Mei-Mei's tops get shredded open and Ikuto's nose splurts blood right into the lord's face, blinding him long enough for Ikuto to maneuver into position for the final winning blow.

What volume is that spoiler? i havent read that part yet :O.
