I would rather put them as Romantic-scenes-included series, not series that actually focus on that strong and deep romance/love.
They have these boy-girl scenes, but there is a limit to how intensive they must be to be put under "Romance".
It seems that they are not big enough in this one, but of course, it would be wrong to say that there aren't any at all.
