The Russians probably won't sell such advanced hardware to a place where its technology can be easily pilfered by undercover NATO agents.
Even if they did, they would sell S300s with special command codes that does not address to the rest of their arsenal; which then they would sell the codes to the Israelis for extra money, knowing that they would leak them to the Americans and cause the latter to be more complacent.
Which then they can capture the technology when a F-35 or B2 is shot down with that.
