Beatrice is a witch. All the murders are being done with magic. Beatrice is real and is the true culprit behind the murders, and all the magic shown actually occurred.
Either she disproves it by the end of the game and denies witches, or he wins because she is unable to answer in red. Either way, she loses.
Wonder if Battler will ever try that line of inquiry.

Spoiler for blue:

She only has to disprove blue text that denies her being a witch: "As long as it (Battler's blue) does not deny witches by itself, it does not succeed."

Since Beato can use blue too, we can probably assume that this rule actually means: "As long as it does not make your entire argument, it does not succeed."

Of course, the rules for the blue text were never stated in red...
