Well, Risa is very perceptive, she and Riko told Haruna this to prevent misunderstanding (Rito running away when Haruna accidentally hugged him). The same goes with Saki, Rin told her when Rito suddenly back off when Saki teased him (Rin spend most of the time being silent and looking at people around her).
