The Throne Varanus is a fusion of Throne Eins and a GN-X... Is that what you were asking? or is it something else?
My judgement is that the Throne Varanus is a prototype of both the Thrones and the GN-Xs, considering it's appearance and it's model number, which just happens to come before the GN-X's model number...
